What is Systemic
Leadership Coaching?
Systemic Leadership Coaching supports the growth of individual leaders whilst attending to their interconnectedness within the systems around them. My approach helps you understand and navigate this more easily, attending to your own part in the whole and developing your capacity to be a systemic leader not an isolated one. I can help you develop a leadership presence and stance which is more centred and present, more grounded in the work that it is yours to do; less pulled and pushed out of shape by turbulent times around you.
We will give time to map and gain insight on the whole: include the seen and unseen in your situation; explore the past as well as the present; and give space to feelings, successes and concerns. I’ll guide you through a process which offers sustainable, systemic, long-term value - benefiting your teams, organisation and wider eco-system, as well as bringing you greater fulfilment and effectiveness in your own work.
Relational, holistic, pragmatic
I’ll help you reflect, renew and grow into an expanded and updated version of yourself as you stand on thresholds, move through transitions and develop your ground - finding your way in complex, uncertain, edgy space and times.
To achieve this it's my job to help you nudge open unconscious and outdated patterns of thinking and behaving to explore fresh views of your inner and outer worlds. From these new perspectives, we’ll work together to help you form new approaches and practices that build your capability, your confidence and the value you bring.
Whether helping you address leadership, team or project issues, internal transitions or large-scale change, my work is relational, holistic and pragmatic.

Who is it for?
Systemic Leadership Coaching is for senior leaders, and those on that path, who need a safe, progressive coaching and development experience with the depth and breadth to equip them for complex organisational challenges and accelerated development as leaders.
Systemic workshops
As well as providing 1 to 1 coaching, I offer regular Systemic workshops to explore broad leadership, professional and organisational issues in a safe space. These can be bespoke to your situation or you can join a group of others exploring their own questions and challenges.
