What is SystemicMetavision®?
SystemicMetaVision® is for business leaders and HR leaders seeking a place to pause with a systemic thinking partner to look beyond the obvious . You are likely interested in leading with the system and bigger picture in mind and recognise the need to occasionally step outside of the fast paced currents and pressures of everyday work life to do this. SystemicMetavision® will help you see what’s needed systemically and support you in your own leadership development to bring forward the new that serves the wider whole.

Think of SystemicMetavision® as a leadership detox retreat and reset. A space to slow down, see anew, resource yourself and realign. A fertile down-time where all sorts of workings out go on in the quiet privacy of supported “off-line” systemic reflection, readying for movement to ripple back out into the wider whole.
How will we work?
By helping you map the field of your leadership influence and tap into insights beyond the thinking-mind and visible day-to-day, you’ll gain perspective on the unseen dynamics in your surrounding system and the part you play in these. Whether we are working one-to-one or in a workshop, SystemicMetavision® is an efficient, creative and flexible way to bring light to overlooked aspects of a situation. It can highlight what needs to be included and point to areas of stuckness and their source.
Developing distance and agency with a systemic stance
You may need a short-term deep exploration of a specific challenge or project, or you may prefer a regular (eg quarterly) space to reflect and recalibrate, bringing fresh perspective, renewed energy and clarity to your leadership across time. We can work on-line or in-person, one-to-one or in systemic workshops.

Systemic Workshops
Through mapping, and attunement to systemic orders, a Systemic Constellations approach provides unique ways of revealing the hidden dynamics in systems and the multi-layered connections they hold.
I offer regular Systemic Workshops for professionals wanting to develop their systemic insight, stance and practice; and connect with a like-minded professional community to explore work related issues in a safe and guided space.
‘Seeing Anew’
This one-day introduction to Systemic Constellations in the Workplace is suitable for all who are new to, and curious about this work - including coaches, consultants, HR and OD professionals, as well as leaders and sole traders.
If you are already familiar with systemic constellations and would like a guided, resourcing day to explore a work based question or issue, with the accompaniment of fellow inquirers, you are warmly welcome too.
An immersive, experiential, systemic-lab
You are invited to bring your own current work based challenge or question to travel with during the day. Having built a strong shared container and attended to deep confidentiality and agreed ways of being together, I’ll guide you through some introductory-level approaches of this work - helping you gain greater systemic insight and resourcing around your issue. You will experience the use of floor markers and desk-top mapping, and there will be space to take part, as issue holder or representative, in the circle of a full embodied constellation - all in the company of a collaborative and supportive community of peers.
Seeing Anew can be attended as a standalone event or as an integral part of your bespoke SystemicMetavision® package, and accompanied by wrap-around personal thought-partnering or coaching to help embed the called for change.
