Nourishing the inner place from which we operate
Our outer work in the world requires inner work within us. The present and future we enact depends on the inner place from which we operate. This needs nurturing and nourishing.
By turning inward and finding our own centre, our ground or north star we can become steadier and more able to be with tension, complexity and uncertainty. From here we are better able to connect with our energy and discern our next steps. In this work we build our integrity, our wholeness; we come to know better who we are and what is ours to do. From this place we can be more available for our lives and our work, more present for others; more connected both inside and out.
Trustworthy space to come back in step with yourself
You may feel the demands of work and life have pulled you off course, or that you have dropped some threads along the way or sense deeply buried ones that want to emerge - and you need time and space to listen to this. You may simply need to pause, resource and reset. Circles of Trust® benefit all and offer a much needed oasis and sanctuary for renewal in our busy world. Here you will find trustworthy space where you will be invited to slow down and come back in step with yourself.
Balancing solitude and accompaniment
We work together in community balancing the need for solitude and accompaniment, giving and receiving support, following our own needs and honouring those of others. Walking our own paths, together.
Each session offers some gentle guidance and structure, some open questions to deepen your inquiry - time for inner reflection and invitational sharing in a way that serves and strengthens you.
As a facilitator prepared by the Centre for Courage & Renewal I will introduce you to a way of being together in Circle that is guided by the core values, Touchstones and principles and practices that have been carefully crafted over time from the work and teachings of Parker J Palmer. My past retreats have covered such themes as Living in Turbulent Times, Holding the Thread, Attending to True Self, Resilience and Renewal, Courage and Honouring the Heart.
I welcome exploratory conversations with those who are curious about this work, whether for themselves, their team, community or group or with ideas or wishes for retreat themes.

‘Seeing Anew’
This one-day introduction to Systemic Constellations in the Workplace is suitable for all who are new to, and curious about this work - including coaches, consultants, HR and OD professionals, as well as leaders and sole traders.
If you are already familiar with systemic constellations and would like a guided, resourcing day to explore a work based question or issue, with the accompaniment of fellow inquirers, you are warmly welcome too.
An immersive, experiential, systemic-lab
You are invited to bring your own current work based challenge or question to travel with during the day. Having built a strong shared container and attended to deep confidentiality and agreed ways of being together, I’ll guide you through some introductory-level approaches of this work - helping you gain greater systemic insight and resourcing around your issue. You will experience the use of floor markers and desk-top mapping, and there will be space to take part, as issue holder or representative, in the circle of a full embodied constellation - all in the company of a collaborative and supportive community of peers.

A one-day retreat for Women in the workplace

Using a blend of Systemic Constellations and a Circle of Trust® approach you will slow down and attend to your whole selves. We will invite in the much needed knowing and wisdom of your heart, body, and soul to give greater balance to the more dominant ways of our modern business world - analysis, thinking and action.
Revitalise and strengthen
Working with and supporting each other in community, you will follow your own thread and strengthen your own ground through a variety of activities including stilling and meditation/visualisation, deep listening to self and others, personal reflection, sharing, mapping and embodying. Throughout the day you will revisit, update and reclaim the many gifts, qualities and capabilities woven deep in your vocational and life thread, revitalising your sense of what you bring as a woman in the workplace. You will return to work with renewed confidence, energy and authority, new connections inside and out and a strengthened sense of yourself to meet the challenges and possibilities in your working life.

Emerging possibilities
I am interested in developing events and retreats around the themes of authentic and systemic leadership, third stage of life transitions – eldering, menopause and the move to life giving ‘retirement’.
I’d also welcome opportunities to work with younger people, our leaders for the future; developing their capacity and capability to pause, reflect and strengthen the inner place from which they operate.
Systemic Constellation Workshops
I offer Systemic constellation workshops for leaders and professionals seeking systemic insight and a more holistic view of their own, their clients, their team or organisation’s work based issue or challenge.
We use embodied and mapping approaches to explore the hidden and energetic dynamics in these systems to help find better alignment and flow that could serve you and the whole.
