Systemic Psychology Leadership
Creating the conditions for change
As a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist with over 30 years’ working in the field I have the depth and breadth of experience and expertise to offer a secure, creative space for meaningful change and development for a wide range of clients and their systems.
Blending the psychological and systemic
The beauty of my blend of the psychological and systemic is the interconnected value it creates for both individuals and the systems they serve. This is strengthened by the grounding and holding space I bring as a facilitator prepared by the Centre for Courage & Renewal® whose Touchstones for Trustworthy Space® infuse all group and individual work I offer.
My years working as a consultant and leading my own team of development specialists means I understand what’s needed to lead and deliver in complex and pressurised times. I know the importance of finding practical ways through and the difficulty of finding space for the essential work before the work of pausing to listen, gain perspective and see new possibilities – this is where I can help you.
Working safely and holistically
Combining the highest professional and ethical standards with deep psychological insight and systemic understanding allows me to work safely and holistically as a coach, facilitator, supervisor of others, and co-creator of change for a network of senior leaders, coaches, HR and OD professionals.
I am a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist, a British Psychological Society (BPS) Registered Supervisor, Fellow and accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, and a experienced Systemic Constellator, in both the organisational and personal realms.
In line with my professional and ethical codes of conduct, I attend to my own inner work and professional development through supervision, therapy and learning events.
“You embody compassion, deep integrity, wisdom and grace, all wrapped up in a great sense of humour! I often feel the depth of your knoweldge and the weight of authority it lends you, and I don’t often see this combination in other practitioners in this field.”
Coach and facilitator
“Deborah’s coaching style brings together elements of coaching, mentoring and psychological insight, and is combined with a deep understanding of people and the wider commercial environment in which her clients operate.”
MD Financial Services
“I am so grateful for my time with Deborah. I appreciate her holistic approach which is built on her extensive experience, skills and varied ‘toolkit’ as an Executive Coach. She brings a calm and professional energy and delivered a coaching style that brought me out of my comfort zone, allowing me to work through challenges in a way that I hadn’t before and to develop as a leader with a more embodied and thoughtful approach.”
Head of OD and Learning, Public Sector body
“Every time I met Deborah she had an amazing ability to ask insightful questions, listen patiently and reflect back insights which we developed into practical tools to work towards my wider objectives. It seemed very natural and effortless at the time but clearly reflected Deborah’s deep understanding of people, their emotions and how to bring about change.”
